Any Holy Name Athletes that do not have a current Athletic Physical have the opportunity to get this done for FREE on Monday, October 28th after school at the School. Dr. Tony Kamerschen will be onsite to perform the examinations after school. Bring the attached Athletic Physical form at the end of the school day. A valid Athletic Physical (current as of 04/15/2024) is necessary to compete in any school sport. Printed copies of the form are available outside the lower school office.
