Dear Family,
Jackie Wiltzius, one of our pre-school teachers, tested positive for COVID today. She has not been in school this week. However, based on when her symptoms started, this also affects her classroom. At this time I am not aware of any other cases in the classroom. Both the Mrs. Wiltzius and her class will be able to return on Monday, November 1st.
Mrs. Wiltzius’ sister, Vicky LaMarche, one of our readiness kindergarten teachers, was also determined to be a close contact. She is not experiencing any symptoms at this time and her class does not need to quarantine. Mrs. LaMarche will have a sub in her class for the remainder of the week and is planning to return on Monday, November 1st.
