Holy Name Catholic School has an opening for a part-time Student Support Coordinator for the 2022-2023 academic year. Holy Name Catholic School is located in the Upper Peninsula in Escanaba, MI. As the Student Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the principal with setting up service plans and 504 meetings with teachers, parents and in some cases, students. The Student Support Coordinator will mentor students and assisting students with their social, emotional and spiritual needs. The student support coordinator will be asked at times to serve as a resource to support teachers with student behavior and academic needs.

COMPENSATION Holy Name Catholic School puts excellent value in our staff. Salary would commensurate with experience and education.

SCHEDULE This is a part-time position that would begin the third week of August through the second week of June. Hours would range from 16-19 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Practicing Catholic preferred
• Teaching/social work/counseling experience preferred
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred
• Caring and outgoing personality is essential
