Dear Family,
Today I announced that Mrs. LaMarch, our readiness kindergarten teacher, will be retiring. She did not come to this decision lightly. She had requested that I wait to announce this news until today. Mrs. LaMarch will not be in for the rest of the school year as she is with her daughter in California, who is having a new baby in the coming days.
Mrs. LaMarch has been a wonderful gift to our students and school for many years. She will be remembered for her encouraging personality. Also, her mischievous sense of humor, her love of children and her faith in God. Although I am happy that she will be able to enjoy her retirement with her husband John, we are truly going to miss seeing her on a daily basis at Holy Name.
In other news, I want to congratulate our girls track team for placing first at the conference meet! Our boys came in a close second behind Stephenson! I also want to thank our coaches for their support and time this season.
Today, there are no COVID cases to report.
