JMJ Dear Family, I hope that the start of the hunting season went well for all of you! I know that the wind and rain yesterday can make for an unpredictable hunt. There are no school related COVID cases today. However, I do want you to know that I was not at school today. I developed some symptoms over the weekend and as a precaution went in today to receive a test. I'm feeling much better as the day went on. I will most likely get my results back on [...]

J.M.J. November 12, 2020 Dear Family, Today there are no new school related COVID cases to report. Last night our Home and School Committee met and decided to offer a virtual Buck Pole/Hunting Contest. They can be pictures of bucks or does as long as they are from this year. If you shot a deer already during youth hunt you [...]

J.M.J. Dear Family, Last night it was brought to our attention that we had one student in 6th grade who tested positive for COVID. About half the students will be in person and the other half will be learning virtually for two days and then they will [...]

November 6th – School Update – Have a great weekend!

November 6th, 2020|

JMJ Dear Family, Today we were informed that Mrs. Derkos tested positive for COVID. She is continuing to teach from home to her students. All of the teachers that have tested positive are doing okay but have not felt the best. Yet, this hasn’t stop them from being there for our kids. They continued live streaming, pre-recording lessons, attended parent/teacher conferences, responded to e-mails, and posted assignments to their Google Classrooms. I also appreciate the many substitute teachers we have had in our school recently helping us out. We truly [...]

There was certainly an increase of students that are being quarantined due to being close contacts of individuals. We also have a couple that are showing symptoms that [...]
